Bellevue Practice Management was founded by healthcare operations professionals who saw firsthand how administrative burden was driving talented psychiatric providers out of independent practice.
Our story
Bellevue Practice Management was born out of a simple observation: psychiatric providers are among the most skilled and compassionate clinicians in medicine — yet they spend an alarming portion of their time on tasks that have nothing to do with patient care.
We started as an idea and experience from our founder's group practice in Bellevue, Washington. He understood the need to help streamline scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Word spread quickly. Other providers reached out, each with the same story: too much paperwork, too little time, and no operational support built specifically for psychiatric practices.
Today, Bellevue Practice Management supports a growing network of PMHNPs, PAs, and psychiatrists across the USA — providing the operational infrastructure that lets them focus entirely on what they trained for: caring for patients.

Dr. Miguel De La Mora
Dr. De La Mora founded Bellevue Practice Management after building Bellevue Psychiatry into a thriving practice — and learning firsthand how much of a practice owner's week disappears into billing, phones, intake, and paperwork instead of patient care.
Bellevue Practice Management exists so other psychiatric practice owners don't have to make that trade. His mission is simple: help providers spend their hours on what actually brings money into the practice — clinical care — while a trusted team handles the admin work behind it.
Jeyssi Blanco
Jeyssi is the day-to-day engine behind Bellevue Practice Management's client practices. She guides new practices through onboarding, keeps workflows, scheduling, and front-office operations running smoothly, and serves as your go-to point of contact — so questions get answered by a person who knows your practice, not a ticket queue.
